This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid $19.95 for "next day delivery," only to receive an email hours later saying my order would take 3 business days. When I tried to get help, their toll-free line was automated, their live chat was an automated bot, and my emails went unanswered. It felt like my only option was to reach a human by pretending to place a new order, just to demand a refund for a service I clearly wasn't receiving.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, but my order email says it will take three business days. I want a refund for the $19.95 delivery fee. CS Rep: I understand your frustration with the delivery timeframe. Let me look into your order for you. What is your order number, please? Customer: It's #123456789. Your website clearly stated "eligible for next day delivery," and I paid extra for that. This feels like a scam when you then say it will take days. CS Rep: Thank you for providing the order number. I see your concern about the delivery speed. While we strive for accuracy, sometimes processing times can vary. I can submit a request to our billing department regarding the delivery fee, but refunds are at their discretion. Customer: At their discretion? You aren't providing the service I paid for! I don't want a "request submitted"; I want my money back for the next-day delivery that isn't happening. This is unacceptable customer service.
