I spent $372 on glasses that arrived scratched. What's worse, trying to fix this issue has been an absolute nightmare. I've been trying for two days to just talk to a human to get a return/exchange started, with no luck. The 'bot' just keeps sending a return label to an email I never received, and when I finally did get through to a human, they sent the wrong information for the return! This level of ineptitude is why I felt compelled to leave this review and try to engage with customer service one more time.
Customer: I'm calling about order [Order Number] again. My glasses arrived scratched, and despite multiple attempts, I haven't received a correct return label, and the previous representative sent me the wrong information. CS Rep: I apologize for the repeated issues you've faced, sir/madam. That sounds incredibly frustrating, and I understand why you're upset. Let me pull up your order details. Customer: Frustrating is an understatement. I've spent two days trying to resolve this, and it feels impossible to get proper help. I just want to return these scratched glasses and get my money back. CS Rep: I completely understand. I see the previous notes regarding the incorrect label. I'm going to generate a new return label for you right now and ensure it's sent to the correct email address associated with your account. I'll also stay on the line until you confirm receipt. Customer: You're actually going to confirm it with me? That would be a first. Please do. This has been such a hassle, I genuinely never want to buy from you again after this.
