Let me tell you about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience, one I hope you can avoid. I literally provided my written prescription TWICE, and both times the glasses I received were wrong. After waiting a month and having to send them back, I just gave up and went with a different company. It's truly baffling when you pay $24.00 for one pair elsewhere and they're perfect the first time, compared to the hassle here. I won't go back to Eye Buy Direct again. This frustrating ordeal compelled me to leave a review and eventually reach out to their customer service, desperate for a resolution to this recurring issue.
Customer: Hello, I need to discuss a recent order, or rather, two failed orders. I provided my written prescription TWICE, and both times the glasses I received were completely wrong. I've waited over a month, sent them back once, and frankly, I'm beyond frustrated.
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this incredibly frustrating experience. That is absolutely not the service standard we aim for. I understand how disheartening it must be to receive incorrect orders repeatedly. Could you please provide your order numbers so I can look into this immediately?
Customer: The first one was [Order #1] and the second attempt was [Order #2]. It's been such a waste of my time and effort. I mean, I've already gone to a different company, paid $24.00, and got perfect glasses on the first try, unlike the $100 I was looking to spend here on faulty products. I just want this nightmare resolved.
