Customer Service Nightmare: An Absolute Runaround You Must Avoid 🛑
I’m writing this as a warning to anyone considering ordering from this website. My experience was an absolute nightmare, and it compelled me to try and get answers from their support team, which only made things worse. After being completely stonewalled, this is my final conclusion: they have the worst customer service ever. They claimed to have shipped out my order and that it would be delivered in 10 business days. I never got any updates on my order, they never answered my emails and the live chat reps always gave me the run around. I finally asked for a refund and they did but continued to send me emails about the order as if it had been delivered! Is that what they do? Never deliver and make customers beg for their refunds and then mark their orders as delivered for good stats?!?!? And then they have the nerve to ask you to recommend them to your friends! Ha! Never again!
Customer: My order was supposed to be here over a week ago. The tracking hasn't updated and I've received nothing. I already sent two emails with no reply.
CS Rep: I do apologize for the delay and the lack of communication. Let me look up your order. I see here that it was marked as shipped, but there seems to be an issue with the tracking information.
Customer: An issue? I was told 10 business days. It’s been much longer. This is the runaround I keep getting. I either want my order or I want my money back now.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration. Given the circumstances, I can process a full refund for you immediately. I am very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
Customer: Fine. Just process the refund. I've completely lost confidence in your company and I don't want to waste any more time on this.
CS Rep: I have initiated the refund to your original payment method. You should see the funds returned in 3-5 business days. Again, my sincerest apologies for this experience.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
