My Online Order Nightmare: A Warning About Terrible, Outsourced Customer Service 😡
I’m writing this as a warning to others about my terrible online shopping experience. My order for contacts, placed over a week ago, still hasn't shipped, and trying to get answers has been a nightmare. It is, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever seen! All the customer service is outsourced to different countries and no one has any authority to help you. You can't get anyone on the phone that speaks English! Terrible! I have to give them a one-star; I wish I could give them zero stars. This profound frustration is why I felt compelled to leave this review and detail my conversation with their support team.
Customer: I placed an order over a week ago and it hasn't shipped. I need to know where my contacts are. This is unacceptable.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I do apologize for the delay. Could you please provide me with your order number so I can look into this for you?
Customer: It's #78910. I've tried to get answers before and it feels like no one can actually help. Your service is terrible.
CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear about your previous experiences. I see your order here, and it appears there was a processing delay. I can confirm it is scheduled to ship within the next 24 hours.
Customer: Another day? I needed these last week! This is the worst experience I've ever had with an online company.
